You go to therapy not because you’re broken, but because you’re ready to grow. It’s a space to untangle thoughts, heal old wounds, and gain clarity on who you are and where you’re going. Whether you're navigating pain, seeking balance, or just wanting to understand yourself better, therapy offers the tools and perspective to turn struggle into strength and self-awareness into transformation

In a therapy session, we talk—genuinely and openly—about what’s on your mind and in your heart. It’s your space to unpack thoughts, process emotions, and make sense of things without judgment. I’ll listen, ask questions, and offer insights to help you see patterns, gain clarity, and find new ways to navigate life’s challenges. Some days, it’s deep work; other days, it’s lighter. No matter what, you’re not alone in it—we’re in this together, working toward your healing and growth.

Therapy can be hard because it asks you to be honest—with yourself and with me. It means facing emotions you might have buried, questioning long-held beliefs, and stepping outside your comfort zone. Growth isn’t always comfortable, but it’s where change happens. The work can feel messy, even painful at times, but it’s also deeply freeing. Therapy gives you the tools, insight, and support to break old patterns, heal wounds, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it.

I choose not to accept insurance directly to maintain flexibility, privacy, and personalized care without the constraints of insurance company policies. However, I provide superbills—detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This allows you to seek reimbursement while ensuring our work together remains focused on what truly benefits you, rather than what insurance dictates. I encourage you to check with your provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.
“I didn’t believe in therapy until I worked with Maggie. Her commitment to my well-being and the education, tools, and emotional support she gave me saved my life.”
